The GreenEdu Larp project's learning training activity was successfully organised on 27.th to 29th of April in 2023. The event will take place in Szkoła Podstawowa Krępiec near Lublin, Poland.
The 3-days GEL training workshop hosted in Poland, by Szkola Podstawowa was successful. All together 40 participants from Estonia, Greece, Poland and Sweden.
The different elements of the GreenEduLarp Curriculum, teachers’ toolkit, Audio-visual Hub and Strategy were presented and explained during the workshop. The workshop was chaired by LajvVerkstaden Sverige ekonomisk förening and Peipsi Center for Transboundary Cooperation and facilitated by expert trainers from partner organisations.
Participants will have a LARPing experience combined with Climate Change education in order to learn the methodology to apply it later back in their country and respective schools.
The long-awaited moment has finally arrived! On April 27th, the inaugural day of the 3-day conference focused on the GreenEduLarp methodology concluded. Distinguished participants from Poland, Greece, Estonia, and Sweden actively participated in workshops to explore this method's essence and its applicability within educational settings. Immersed in a dynamic learning environment, attendees ardently embraced the activities, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to comprehending and mastering the GreenEduLarp approach.
In an effort to foster a deeper sense of personal connection, each participant introduced themselves and shared their professional experiences in working with young people. Subsequently, all participants actively engaged in EduLarp games, enabling them to gain firsthand experience of the educational journey that students undergo when immersed in the EduLarp methodology.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for this incredible experience and eagerly anticipate the forthcoming days of training, where we anticipate the unveiling of new ideas and pedagogical insights that will undoubtedly enrich our educational practices.
